cool. believe it or not, I'm the only one in my family that took this route. alot of times its one of those "my dad was a fireman". not in this case. started out as a medic and kind of fell into the career.

Mine was definitely one of those firefighter families. My dad was a Fire Inspector, my uncle was a chief, a three of my cousins were forest fire rangers. One of them jumped into the fires from a helicoptor. My mom met my dad when she was a dispatcher, they had a fire truck instead of a limo for their wedding. There's a few cops, paramedics and nurses too. Wow, I never really counted all of them before. That;s a lot of public service!
I suddenly feel guilty for sitting on my ass!! LOL
